At Fun Way To Drive, we are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of the personal information collected from our Students and/or Parents/Guardians. This privacy statement outlines the types of personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and safeguard this information.
Students and/or Parents/Guardians Consent
By voluntarily providing Fun Way To Drive with Personal Data and Driving Lesson and/or Test Support information, you agree and consent to Fun Way To Drive collecting and using your Personal Data and Driving Lesson and/or Test Support information as summarized below in this Privacy Statement. Students and/or Parents/Guardians have the right to revoke this consent and request the information you provided to Fun Way To Drive be deleted.
Personal Data Received from Students and/or Parents/Guardians
By choosing to have Driving Lesson and/or Test Support, Fun Way To Drive will request Personal Data from Students and/or Parents/Guardians through a virtual form:

• student name, parent/guardian name, contact email, contact phone number, home address, and other contact information.

• DMV testing location, time, and date.

Fun Way To Drive collect Personal Data solely for the purpose of proving high-quality Driving Lesson and/or Test Support services. Specifics include:

• phone number and email address to communicate with Students and/or Parents/Guardians exclusively for matters related to driving lessons, schedules, and test support coordination.

• acquiring the home address of the student enables Fun Way To Drive to facilitate transportation arrangements for Driving Lesson and/or Test Support to the DMV for examination purposes.

Management of Personal Data Received from Students and/or Parents/Guardians
The collected Personal Data is used only for the purposes mentioned above. Fun Way To Drive does not engage in marketing communications via email, text messages or mailers. All contact made between Instructor, Students and/or Parents/Guardians are strictly related to Driving Lesson and/or Test Support to the DMV for examination purposes.
Data Security of Personal Data Received from Students and/or Parents/Guardians
Fun Way To Drive take security of Personal Data seriously. Measures are in place to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the Personal Data collected. This includes restricting access to such Personal Data only to those people who have a legitimate need to know, in order to successfully provide Driving Lesson and/or Test Support.
We strive to protect the privacy of Personal Data and other information we hold in our systems, but no security measures are 100% foolproof. The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software issues, and other factors, may compromise the security of the data at any time.
Data Subject Rights to Students and/or Parents/Guardians
Students and/or Parents/Guardians have the right to request access to the data you choose to provide to Fun Way To Drive. Access requests to correct, amend, or delate inaccurate information can be made to Instructor. Instructor will respond to access request within 30 days.

This Privacy Statement may be updated periodically to reflect any changes in our practices. We encourage individuals to review this statement regularly for the latest information on how we handle Personal Data.

We respect Students and/or Parents/Guardians privacy and commit to using phone numbers and email addresses exclusively for communication regarding Driving Lesson and/or Test Support to the DMV for examination purposes only.
